The Provider will treat any confidential information as confidential and will not disclose it to any third party or use it for any purpose but to fulfill its obligations agreed upon by RoboBrake and its customer. In addition, the Provider shall use due care and diligence to prevent the unauthorized use or disclosure of such information.
